Dark Tears / Abrigo Mesa / Apocalypse

- So first we have to find the date! I was think of November, on a sunday: the 15th or the 22th (i can't be there on the other sundays)

- Secondly: Colors!! I was thinking of light green with light blue, but if you got ideas you are welcome

and then we have to work on a "Theme" last one was Nightsister Eve, so I think we can use the fact that we are on Lok, whitch is a "Pirate Planet" we could get some Ideas from there

- Thirdly : Advertisment... but we could only do it when we got the 2 first point.

Hi and thanks for asking me to register. I'm not sure what I can do as the crawl is on Lok and our city is on Tatooine, obviously.

SEA had orginally planned to make our annual Nightsisters Eve event another cantina crawl this year, but instead we decided to make it a Welcome to Chimaera party too: http://forums.station.sony.com/swg/posts/list.m?topic_id=1002311

In light of this, we had intended to hold a crawl in December, as our Kraytmas event, but will now postpone it until the New Year, so as not to clash with this one.

A pirate theme would be fun and I don't think it's been done for a crawl before, on Chim.

Regarding colours, you will need to consider what will look good in the video, light blue and light green may be too similar in tone. I suggest that you get your tailors to try out colour mixes. This isn't a combination we've had before, colourwise, as far as I can recall, though.

ok so purdy is agree for green and light blue

Nym theme... so the cities will look like a whole pirat base, (perfect for abrigo messa), for dark tears we will make kind of imperial bastion with some smugglers dealer with imperials

and for APOC i let purdy get ideas

Nice advert, my only concern is that 9pm GMT could be getting a little late for some ofrthe EU players on a Sunday evening.

Entertainer OF - especially this one as crawls started out as Entertainer only cross server events 6 years, when no one else had songs or dances and it took months to grind mastery in the three professions.

yeah i'm posting a msg into the D-S forums to prepare this ...

about the movie making, one thing would be cool if we can get a little "making of" part ... here i mean i'd like to flm the area while everyone's running around, busy like mad while building the venue. then the regular movie on the event by itself ... and then maybe a last part, like the bonus things you can see after the credits ... showing the after... with everyone dead tired, and one throwing a funny comment ...

I prefer The Killers track, it's got more of a dance beat to it, compared to the Arctic Monkeys.

Black Eyed Peas are always good, or almost anything by Faithless.

Where will the clothing vendors be for cross server visitors?

The usual place is in the first cantina on the crawl agenda. Can I direct people there?

hehe not only they failed on the paste, but they also failed in the categories as this event isn't listed with the Cantina crawls ... anyway

for the music, i'm gonna trust you cause it's not exactly my stuff unless you let me find some old groovy funk or disco (could be fun!), can try with both anyway, we'll see what fits best with the images.

also for the video, i intend to put some short sequences of stop motion, like using screenshots to show the progress in the construction of a storyteller structure ... so if i can't capture everything, please feel free to take screenies of your work in progress. Starting from scratch, HUD off, and take screenies after each bits you place, each shot from the same angle if possible. And if possible for all 3 cities... so please spread the word :p

and i would need a list of name and quality of all the people taking part in the organization ... for the credits.
